Will be getting an MRT for my knee…

..as it is always another timeout in the Docs office, well I am really looking forward to see my knee under the x-ray. The best thing would be that it is nothing big and I could go back but my doctor of trust says that it will be unlikely that this will be the case.

So next week Tuesday i have an appointment at the Docs and Nurses and they will see what’s what. It basically is back to good again but as I do not ride my Bike its all good in my knee, doc also said i will have to cut back to 80-90 km every three days, which is not what I think, but we all get older. I have never ever thought about getting older, but as I am a Granddad since a week ago, i feel everything is getting to me.

So this is it the famous Baker Cyst,

A Baker cyst is a fluid-filled growth behind the knee. It causes a bulge and a feeling of tightness. Also called a popliteal (pop-luh-TEE-ul) cyst, a Baker cyst sometime causes pain. The pain can get worse when with activity or when fully straightening or bending the knee.

A Baker cyst is usually the result of a problem with the knee joint, such as arthritis or a cartilage tear. Both conditions can cause the knee to produce too much fluid.

This is what happened to me my knee blew up, really and i could not put pressure onto my left foot, as the pain was to much for me. I nearly cried but then cancelled my tour in Lyon, the sun was out but still the winters breath was felt.

Well, I will let you know folks.
