The thing with patches is, there is not only one, there are a gazillion out there, but what makes one patch special and the others not ? Well to tell you my personal truth, it has something to do with were you were at that time and moment in life and what this special patch means to you. Was it given to you by a friend, were you in a special place on this very planet when you got it ? All these little things do matter and they will reflect back onto you what this small patch of embroidered, colored cloth means to you.

There are patches that mean that i came in last in a race, but for me they mean everything to me, then there are patches that define everything to me, who i am, where i come from and where i am going. Other patches are given to me by close friends that also share the same thoughts and beliefs, people that love to laugh out loud and cry when the shit has hidden the preverbial fan.

I do not care anymore if I cry or not, I just do what I feel when it is time to do so.
